FAQ

  • How long does it take for an order?

    It usually takes at least 48 hours in advance (E.g., Order on 5th Jan 18:00 should be confirmed on or before 3th Jan 17:59), either online orders or phone orders, which need to be officially confirmed after the payment. If you want to order within 48 hours (Urgent Order), please feel free to contact us.


    During peak season, the company may stop accepting any order without any notice.


  • What is the delivery fee?

    Any single order over HK$3,000 can enjoy the free delivery, either curbside pickup or door to door delivery (additional fee will be charged for remote sites and stairs). For more details on the delivery fee, please contact us.

  • What are the payment methods?

    Bank in/ Apple Pay / Google Pay / Stripe Payment / PayMe can be used through online order. 


    Order placed through WhatsApp will be paid by FPS / Bank Transfer, for payment details please feel free to contact us.

  • How do you ensure the food safety and quality?

    Ingredients are prepared only upon delivery by selected delivery team. Food is advised to be consumed within 2 hours after arrival for the best quality.

  • Any special arrangement under bad weather?

    When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted, the company will stop any catering service. For more details, you may visit Terms and Conditions no.20 to 25.

  • How much tableware will be provided?

    Tableware will be provided according to the menu, including disposable forks, spoons, and plates.
