Accepted Payment Methods

  • Government Procurement Card (P-Card): Canapes Room is officially enrolled in the Government Logistics Department (GLD) P-CARD program, making small-scale catering procurement up to HKD 50,000 per order fast and convenient for Hong Kong government departments and public agencies. To ensure a smooth transaction, government procurement officers must notify our team of their intention to pay via P-CARD prior to order confirmation. Please note that payment methods cannot be changed once the order is finalized.
  • Bank Wire Transfer: Direct transfer to HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, or Bank of China (Hong Kong).
  • Faster Payment System (FPS): Rapid local electronic transfer.
  • Credit Cards & Mobile Pay: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Overseas & International Payments: International Wire Transfer via SWIFT.


Invoicing & Credit Terms

  • Official Documentation: Itemized official quotations, order confirmations and invoice provided for every booking.
  • Corporate Credit Terms (Up to Net 30): Net 30 post-event settlement is considered  on a case-by-case basis upon credit verification for established corporate partners, government agencies, and tertiary institutions.

    Standard delivery orders require at least 3 working days confirmation before the event date. For large-scale corporate galas (200+ guests) or custom branding/cocktail setups, 1 month advance confirmation is recommended.
