  • 1. What is the difference between drop-off catering & event catering service?

    Drop-off catering refers to the ready-to-eat food that are delivered to the destination upon client’s request. Event catering service means catering with manpower setting-up, serving (with waiter(s)) & dismantling service of the venue. 

  • What is the cut-off time for ordering?

    It usually takes at least 1day in advance to secure the order (i.e. delivery on 5th Jan at 18:00-19:00 should be confirmed on or before 4th Jan 15:00). Order is only be confirmed upon full payment. For any question, please feel free to contact us.


  • Do you have a minimum order?

    There is NO minimum order amount. For food delivery order, you can enjoy free door-to-door delivery service upon $3,000 food ordering (not including step/remote area). For food ordering >$3,000-, you can also pay for the delivery service according to different district.

  • Do you have waiter(s) to serve on-site?

    We do offer professional waiter & waitress service depends on the event. Please contact our event catering consultant for more details.


  • How do you ensure the food safety and quality?

    Ingredients are prepared only upon delivery by selected delivery team. Food is advised to be consumed within 2 hours upon arrival for the best quality.
