Canapes Room's food delivery service do not have a minimum order. We offer free delivery to primary commercial districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories for orders over HK$3,000.

Canapes Room adhere strictly to FEHD food safety guidelines. All hot dishes, chilled gourmet canapés, and pâtisserie items are transported in temperature-controlled thermal delivery vehicles using insulated food carriers and food-grade thermal packs.

We guarantee food delivery within your booked time slot to ensure your event catering arrives at peak freshness and optimal serving condition. To ensure a seamless handover, please confirm that adequate unloading and parking space (suitable for vans or delivery trucks) is available at your venue.

If parking is unavailable—due to full car parks, double yellow lines, or unexpected traffic incidents—our driver may need to request ground-level pickup, which could impact exact delivery timing. Our team will always communicate proactively in advance to ensure smooth coordination.

Canapes Room accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), FPS, direct bank transfers (T/T), corporate cheques, and Government/Corporate Procurement Cards (P-Cards).

Canapes Room fully accept P-Card payments (including HSBC and Citibank P-Cards). We are an approved corporate supplier equipped to process small-value procurement and official HKSAR Government procurement card transactions seamlessly without long purchase order delays..

Approved corporate accounts, government agencies, and educational institutions can pay via Purchase Order (PO) or apply for credit terms and monthly invoice settlement.

We do not charge hidden credit card or P-Card transaction fees for standard corporate orders. Itemized tax invoices and official receipts are generated automatically.
